By downloading, installing, or using DocsAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the Service
DocsAI provides document scanning, OCR, and AI-powered question answering. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Content
You retain all rights to the documents you scan and store. By using AI features, your document text is processed by Google's Gemini AI to generate responses. We do not claim ownership of your content.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. Documents are stored locally by default. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features may require a subscription managed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6. Limitation of Liability
DocsAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
